01 — Inquire
Fill out our inquiry form with your date, venue, and what you’re envisioning — even if “envisioning” is currently three saved reels and a color you can’t name. We’ll respond within a few business days to set up a time to chat.
02 — Plan
We get on a call (or meet up — we love a venue walkthrough) and talk through your day: the aesthetic, the pieces you need, the moments you want to create. You’ll leave with a clear proposal and a real price. No mystery quotes.
03 — Design
Our design process is a conversation. We create initial concepts built around your palette, stationery, and venue, then refine them with your feedback until every detail is right. You approve the final design before anything gets built.
Wedding planning has enough moving parts. This shouldn’t be one of them. Here’s exactly what working with us looks like, from first message to last dance.
04 — Build
Every piece is handcrafted in our studio with materials chosen to photograph beautifully and survive a dance floor. We sweat the details you’d never think to check — because someone’s grandmother absolutely will.
05 — Deliver
We offer full white-glove service: your signage arrives at the venue safely, gets placed exactly where it belongs, and gets styled so it looks the way it did in your head. After the celebration, we handle breakdown too.
06 — Celebrate
You get married. Your guests take a hundred photos of the seating chart. Someone asks who made the bar sign. You send them our way. That’s the whole job.

Lead time: about 4 weeks from design approval — longer for elaborate custom builds. In a rush? Ask us about expedited timelines (rush fees apply). Serving all of New England, based south of Boston. Rentals available on select pieces.

We do — white-glove delivery, placement, styling, and post-event breakdown, so you never touch a thing. Local pickup is also available on small items only.

We’re based just south of Boston and serve all of New England. Traveling further for the right project isn’t off the table — ask.

We focus on the wedding world: showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and the big day itself. What comes after (baby showers!) are great too!
